RETURN POLICYWe want you to feel confident when ordering a LatterDayBride gown. So that is why we will allow you to return your wedding gown for any reason (some exceptions apply - please read below). We just ask you to follow our guidelines for a return.
Please read the following before you order your gown:
Measurements
We ask you to take your measurements and provide them to us at the time of ordering. When accurate measurements are provided, we can help you decide on the size to fit closest to your body. If measurements are not provided at the time of ordering, the return policy is not valid.
Alterations
Depending on your body type, you might need an alteration or two for a perfect fit. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your gown order. Our gowns are easy to alter if needed. Most bridal gowns have up to 2" of seam allowance in the side seams. LatterDayBride houses an experienced alterations department and can help you with your alterations. Also, if you need extra fabric or lace, we can usually order it with your gown.
Wedding Gown and Formalwear Order Exchanges
If you need a different size, call us as soon as possible. Many times we will be able to expedite the exchange or make suggestions to meet your needs. If you have any questions, please call 888.696.3633 toll-free Tuesday through Friday between 10 am and 6 pm MST.
Wedding Gown Order Returns
In the event you are dissatisfied with a gown purchase, please return it to us. We will accept your return if you follow these steps:
- Call 888.696.3633 toll-free within three days of receiving your order for authorization and to receive your authorization number.
- Write the authorization number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Mail the item(s) within three days of receiving it. Your return box must be postmarked within the three-day grace period. All return items must not have been worn, altered, damaged and the garment tags must remain attached.
- Ship the items prepaid and insured to the return address on your package.
"Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue an exchange, credit or refund of the total purchase price, minus the shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee per item."
Only Internet orders returned according to this procedure will be accepted. Once the gown has been ordered, the order cannot be cancelled. If the dress has been tried on at the showroom we regret we cannot accept cancellations or returns.
NOTE: Dresses that are special ordered are not returnable. This means any special changes that are made to the dress including extra length, petite cut, custom cut measurements, hollow to hems, change of sleeves or neckline, special sizes, special color options other than those available on our website or any other change that would make the dress custom to the bride that purchased it.
Bridesmaid Dress Order Returns
We cannot accept returns for bridal parties consisting of two or more formalwear dresses. If you need a different size, please contact us immediately, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional costs may apply.
Dresses for bridal parties must be ordered all at the same time by one person using one credit card. Gowns can be shipped individually to each bridesmaid as long as the shipping information is given at the time the order is placed for a charge of $20 per destination.
If LatterDayBride recommends a size at the time an order is placed and the customer wishes to order a size smaller (or larger) and the gown does not fit, it is not exchangeable.
Prom and Formalwear Order Returns
Individual formalwear orders are returnable. Please follow the above instructions. If you need a different size, please contact us immediately, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional costs may apply.
Invitation Order Returns
Returns are not valid on invitation orders. Once the proof has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. No exceptions.
