Here at LatterDayBride, we obviously attract many LDS brides. You might not know, though, that we also attract brides of other Christian faiths, as well as brides who want to be modest, regardless of religion. Our real bride Hannah is a Christian from Tennessee, and her Latter Day Bride story is one of our favorites! Join us and oggle the beautiful photos of her Christian wedding!

Christian Wedding | Providence Gown

Hannah contacted us with the sweetest email recently. She lives in Johnsonville, Tennessee, but her dream was to be able to come into LatterDayBride and find her dream dress. She wanted something beautiful but modest, and when her cute mom decided to fly her out to Utah, her dream came true. She decided on our "Providence" gown, and got a veil as well, and was such a sweetheart that she emailed us to let us know how grateful she was that she was able to find such a gorgeous, modest dress for her beautiful Christian wedding. We are so in love with Hannah! She has wonderful natural beauty, and makes this dress look so good. This stunning girl has inspired us by reminding us how far we can reach with the value of modesty. Hannah and her husband were married in a beautiful Christian wedding ceremony on February 10th 2017 at their church in Johnsonville, Tennessee. Their church is called the Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ. How can that not make you smile and feel good? Anyways, we are so excited to share these with you.

So, take a look. Our Providence gown is an A-line masterpiece. English net and gathered lace overlay meet at the bodice, and a row of buttons trails down the back. Perfect for a Christian wedding. Modesty meets beauty perfectly here.

The Salt Flats west of Salt Lake City, Utah are known for their unique octogonal salt patters and crystal white sand. They are becoming increasingly popular among wedding vendors and engaged couples alike for styled shoots and engagements or bridal shoots. We love that Tiffanie Packer chose this as the setting for this gorgeous styled shoot.

Sharee Brand totally outdid herself with the wedding cake for this shoot. We adore the crusted gold accents that mimic the salty texture of the landscape.

Winter Wedding at the Salt Lake Temple

The couple's photographer Heather writes,

Andrew and Marissa met at a barbeque outside of the BYU football Stadium in the fall of 2015. He was parking his motorcycle when he took his helmet off, made eye-contact with her, and shined the brightest smile she had ever seen! She was hooked from there. Of course all the girls were looking so he revved his engine a couple times (show off) but she was attempting to act aloof and play it cool. He didn’t hesitate to walk right up to her, introduce himself, and offer her a ride to Sodalicious for a drink together. How could she say no to that smile? Marissa found him to be attractive, smart, and funny; but what truly set him apart was how much love he expressed for his friends and family-particularly his younger brother. Andrew loves with such intensity and his confidence is enthralling to say the least.

His passion for life caught Marissa by surprise and his deep “Beaty” laugh swept her off her feet. Every time they would attend a group gathering or event, he would find those who were alone and include them. He would throw rocks at Marissa's window to ‘make her feel like a princess.’ He left her notes as surprises and took her to places she had never been. His small and simple acts of love and kindness took her to a beautiful place she had never been-a true and deep love. It didn’t take long until he had Marissa's heart-not to mention all of her friends’ and family’s as well.

Marissa says, "He has the manners of a gentleman and his quiet dignity helps to calm my fears and strengthen my spirit.  His love gives me confidence in our ability to work as a team raising a faith-filled family and a Christ-centered home. He has asked me every day since we’ve met, 'Marissa, what can I do to make your day better?' I’m so grateful for my Beaty Boy and the love he brings to my life."
